Trailing Jasmine, an upright shrub or small tree, reaching 2—4 meters in height; the cyme inflorescence is arranged in a conical shape, with opposite or alternating pairs of inflorescences, bearing a few flowers, the peduncle and rachis are sharply tetragonal, bracts are small and linear. The corolla is white, the tube slightly extends beyond the calyx, drupe is spherical, initially yellow-green, turning purplish-black when mature, glossy, flowering period is October—November, fruiting period is April. Trailing Jasmine is propagated using cutting and air layering methods, carried out in spring and summer. The wood is hard and of good quality.
