Chinese Name: Jewel OrchidAlso Known As: ChihuahuaLatin Name: Echeveria chihuahuaensisFamily and Genus: Crassulaceae, EcheveriaOrigin and Distribution: Chihuahua, MexicoJewel Orchid Succulent Introduction
The Jewel Orchid is a small plant with a very compact, stemless rosette leaf disk. The ovate leaves are thick, with a small tip, blue-green in color, covered with a thick layer of white powder, and the leaf edges have a beautiful deep pink color. The inflorescence is curved at the tip, bell-shaped, and red. Cultivation is not difficult, but it should not be watered excessively in the summer. Its growth is slow, so the soil does not need to contain too much fertilizer. It is relatively cold-tolerant in winter. The red edges of the leaves are particularly beautiful, making it a highly ornamental succulent plant that is worth promoting.
