How to Pot Freshly Bought Yuliu
Multi肉 plants like Yuliu are deeply loved by flower enthusiasts for their crystal-clear windowed leaves, but newly purchased Yuliu can easily rot and die if repotted improperly. This article systematically analyzes the five key steps for potting Yuliu, combining the experience of senior players, to help you easily complete the plant transplantation.
One, Pre-treatment of Plants
1.1 Health Check
After unpacking, first check the spaces between the leaves and the roots, and observe with a magnifying glass for scale insects or red spiders. If pests are found, immediately spray 75% alcohol. Focus on checking the center of the leaves to avoid leaving behind eggs.
1.2 Root Pruning and Care
Cut off the blackened and rotting flesh roots, retaining 3-5cm of healthy main roots. Place the roots in a cool, well-ventilated area for 24 hours to dry, and only pot after the cuts have fully healed.
Two, Preparing Cultivation Substrate
2.1 Pot Selection Criteria
