The difficulty of sunlight rose seedless processing is relatively high, and it is difficult to ensure the seedless rate of sunlight rose by using gibberellic acid or chlorpyrazole alone during the fruit protection period. Currently, the best for sunlight rose core removal is streptomycin, and it is not recommended to use agricultural streptomycin (almost none is real), and medical or veterinary streptomycin can be used.
One week before the sunlight rose grapes bloom, spray 200PPM streptomycin on the inflorescence. If using 1 million units of medical streptomycin, one vial of the medicine (net content: 1 gram) can be mixed with 10 pounds of water; if using 750,000 units of streptomycin, one vial of the medicine (net content: 1 gram) can be mixed with 7.5 pounds of water; during the fruit protection treatment of sunlight rose, combined with gibberellic acid and chlorpyrazole, and using 200PPM streptomycin again will enhance the core removal effect.
Currently, the technical information publicly available for sunlight rose mentions many fruit protection solutions. But based on the experience of Haitangchun over the years, 2PPM chlorpyrazole can ensure the fruit-setting quality of sunlight rose, and then gibberellic acid can be added according to the production target. The risk of cracking in sunlight rose is low, and in principle, the fruit size can be increased by increasing the amount of gibberellic acid. In actual use, according to the survey of Haitangchun, the highest record of using 50PPM gibberellic acid has been adopted.
However, in fruit protection treatment, the higher the higher the concentration of gibberellic acid, the more common it is for the fruit stem to become thicker and harder, increasing the risk of future fruit drop. In addition, if the tree vigor is strong and the concentration of gibberellic acid is high, it may cause the fruit stalk to bend. Therefore, considering comprehensively, it is not recommended to use high concentrations of gibberellic acid, and 10PPM or slightly higher concentrations of gibberellic acid can ensure fruit setting and future fruit expansion effects. Haitangchun's actual usage over the years is 10PPM gibberellic acid + 2PPM chlorpyrazole + 200PPM streptomycin. That is, 40 pounds of water, add 1 gram of 20% gibberellic acid, 40 milliliters of 0.1% chlorpyrazole, and 4 grams (bottles) of 1 million units of streptomycin.
In specific operations, the following points need to be noted:
Make sure to handle two to three days after the flowers are fully open. That is, after the topmost flower of the inflorescence opens two to three days, use the medicine to soak the inflorescence. If the treatment time is too early, there is a high risk of large and small fruit, and the risk of僵 fruit is high; after fruit protection treatment, it is necessary to use a lot of water and fertilizer, especially to continuously ensure the humidity of the field soil.
Based on several years of observation results, if the water supply is not timely after fruit protection treatment, and the soil moisture is low, on one hand, the fruit protection effect is unstable, with severe flower and fruit drop; on the other hand, the fruit stalk is significantly harder, with a high risk of fruit drop in the later stage; and on the other hand, the probability of僵 fruit increases significantly.
