Honeysuckle Lonicera japonica Thunb., also known as Shanyinhua, belongs to the Caprifoliaceae family of perennial vines. The affected parts then produce conidia for secondary infection. The disease is prone to occur in warm and dry conditions or in shaded areas between plants. Overuse of nitrogen fertilizer and alternating wet and dry conditions can exacerbate the disease.

2. Strengthen cultivation management: Reasonable dense planting, pay attention to ventilation; scientific fertilization, increase phosphorus and potassium fertilizer, enhance plant resistance; timely irrigation, promptly drain after rain, prevent moisture retention.
