How to plant an apple盆栽
First, eat a piece of apple, cut the core open with a knife, remove the seeds that look like watermelon seeds, wash them with clean water, prepare a plate with a layer of paper towels on top, place the seeds directly on them, spray water with a spray bottle, and wait for the sprouts to grow in scattered light before planting them in the soil with the sprouts facing up.
If you want to eat apples faster, you can also buy apple seedlings. When choosing apple seedlings, you can opt for early-ripening varieties that are dwarfed, which are suitable for use in盆景 and are also the right size for potting. Choose a larger pot for the盆栽 with a large drainage hole, big enough to fit two fingers, to ensure soil aeration. Use regular garden soil mixed with something that can aerate, and there's no need for careful compounding. For the bottom fertilizer, use organic fertilizer, slow-release fertilizer, or bone meal, and remember to separate the bottom fertilizer and roots with a layer of soil.
