Winter Red Fruit is a deciduous shrub or small tree with a dwarf plant, grayish-brown branches, elliptical to broadly elliptical leaves, green in color, and rounded teeth on the edges. It has corymbose inflorescences with light pink flowers that bloom in spring. The fruit is ellipsoid, initially green, then gradually turning yellow, and finally bright red when mature, with a smooth skin that does not fall off until the next February to March. Winter Red Fruit is a variety of apples, with a compact tree shape. In spring, the light pink flowers cover the branches, and in autumn and winter, the tree is adorned with cute and delicate fruits. The fruit shape resembles an apple and is suitable for garden planting or potted plant ornamental purposes, as well as for making bonsai.
