Euphorbia groenewaldii——Euphorbiaceae, Euphorbia Genus, native to Transvaal Province, South Africa. The plant is low-growing but has thick, fleshy roots. It has 3-7 branches, with older plants having creeping branches. The 3-ridged spiral shape has strongly曲折 edges. The epidermis is blue-green with faint patterns. There are wart-like protuberances on the edge of the ridges, 0.5-1 cm long, with a pair of brown spines 0.3-1 cm long on each protuberance. New branches have tiny leaves at the top, which fall off early. The flowers are yellow-green and small, growing on the upper part of the branch ridges.
