Frithia pulchra——belonging to the genus Frithia in the family Aizoaceae, native to South Africa, with only this species in the genus. The plant is small and fleshy, with leaf shapes similar to those of the棒叶花 genus. The fleshy leaves are arranged in a loose rosette, gray-green, club-shaped, slightly thicker at the tip, with a truncate top, and a transparent window on top. Before flowering, it shows a granular phenomenon at the top. Guangyu is similar in plant shape to orange club-shaped flowers but has slightly different habits. Guangyu does not have an obvious summer dormancy and is not cold-resistant in winter.
