The Jade Plant, commonly referred to as the Jade Tree, is an evergreen shrub. It grows to a height of 1-3 meters, with a fleshy stem and multiple branches. The leaves are also fleshy, ovate, measuring 3-5 centimeters in length and 2.5-3 centimeters in width, with a gray-green color and red edges. The flowers are 2 millimeters in diameter and can be white or light pink. The Jade Plant prefers warm, dry conditions and plenty of sunlight. It is not cold-resistant, dislikes strong sunlight, but can tolerate some shade. A fertile, well-draining sandy loam soil is ideal. The winter temperature should not drop below 7°C.
