Jumi no Mai Echeveria spectabilis, Crassulaceae Echeveria, is a perennial hairless fleshy herbaceous plant. The leaves of the plant are arranged in a rosette shape, smooth without powdery substance, the base of the leaves is slightly twisted and spoon-shaped, the edges of both sides curve inward, and the tip of the leaves curves towards the growing point. There is a distinct groove in the center of the leaves, which are grass green. When there is abundant sunlight or a large temperature difference, the edges of the leaves will turn red, and in low light, the leaves will be light blue, narrow and long, also becoming thinner, with a significant spacing between the leaves. The flower stem of Jumi no Mai is very tall. The spicate inflorescence has yellow-red flowers, with the flowers opening in all directions and the tip divided into five lobes.
