Thousand Buddha Hands Succulent Plant Introduction

Also known as Júwán, Wang Yùzhū Lián, the Thousand Buddha Hands belongs to the Sedum Genus of the Crassulaceae family and does not have a distinct dormancy period. The flowers of the Thousand Buddha Hands are very unique, initially protected by green leaves, which open up to reveal the flower buds. The flowers are yellow and usually bloom in spring and summer.

The optimal growing temperature for the Thousand Buddha Hands is generally between 18-25 degrees Celsius. In winter, it should not drop below 5 degrees Celsius. Watering should follow the principle of watering when completely dry (very drought-tolerant, try to water less); using specialized soil mixtures such as peat (t草炭) + gravel + perlite is most convenient. The Thousand Buddha Hands enjoys sunlight and can be exposed to full sun, with some shade usually provided during the summer.
