Chili peppers have slightly different temperature requirements at different growth stages. The best temperature for the germination period is 25-28℃, the seedling stage can be slightly lower, with 23-25℃ during the day and 15-22℃ at night, and for the flowering and fruiting period, 23-27℃ during the day and 18-23℃ at night is best. Sometimes, even if the night temperature drops to 13-17℃ on cloudy days, it is still beneficial for fruit growth.
Chili peppers grow very slowly below 15℃, cannot set fruit, growth stops below 10℃, and below 5℃, the plants suffer various degrees of frost damage and may die. However, if the temperature is above 35℃, growth slows down, flowers and fruits fall off, and above 36℃, growth basically stops.
2. Fertilization Management
