Microula is a biennial herbaceous plant with pubescent stems, about 20 cm tall, branching from the lower part, and numerous. The leaves have coarse hairs on both the back and the surface, with the basal leaves and lower leaves gradually becoming smaller from bottom to top. The inflorescence is short and dense, with lanceolate bracts and short pedicels; the corolla is sky blue and very bright; the seeds are conical, with three edges having ridges and deep brown in color. It flowers and fruits from August to September and dies in October.
