1. Potting soil: Yuxuan requires a higher standard for soil, suitable for growth in fertile, loose, and well-draining sandy loam, commonly using specialized succulent soil (7 parts) mixed with coarse sand (2 parts) and perlite (1 part) for planting. Flower friends with conditions can also add a layer of fine-grained red jade soil on the soil surface. Additionally, Yuxuan has thick roots, and it is advisable to choose long and deep unglazed pots, purple sand pots, or blue and white porcelain pots for planting.

2. Watering: Yuxuan is drought-resistant and afraid of waterlogging, watering should follow the principle of "not watering when not dry, watering thoroughly when watering, and avoiding积水". Routine watering is best done by the immersion method. Generally, water once every seven days during the spring and autumn growing seasons. In winter and summer, water should be controlled appropriately.

3. Light: Yuxuan prefers soft light and avoids direct sunlight, suitable for maintenance in a place with sufficient scattered light.

4. Temperature: Yuxuan is sensitive to temperature, with an optimal growth temperature of 15 to 20℃. When the temperature exceeds 30℃ in summer, it needs to be moved to a semi-shaded, well-ventilated area for maintenance. When the temperature drops below 10℃ in winter, the plant is easily frostbitten.
