Gray Stonecrop is a horticultural hybrid variety, a perennial succulent herbaceous plant of medium size. The plant's succulent leaves are arranged in a tight rosette. The grayish-white leaves are concave inward with distinct wrinkles. Under strong light or large temperature differences, the leaves exhibit a beautiful gray-green color, and the wrinkles become more attractive. In low light, the leaf color is light gray, the leaves stretch out, and the color becomes more dull, with less obvious wrinkles. The leaf surface of Gray Stonecrop is smooth and does not easily accumulate water. The leaves have a slight powdery coating. Gray Stonecrop needs adequate sunlight for the leaves to become vibrant and the plant to become more compact and beautiful. After years of clustering, the plant becomes very spectacular, especially the old stakes that have been pruned for many years. The inflorescence of Gray Stonecrop is gray-pink, with the same inverted bell-shaped flower type as most Echeveria species.
