The plant has no stem, grows densely in clusters, with thick, short, and wide leaves shaped like crab shells, measuring 3 to 3.5 cm in length and 3.5 to 4 cm in width. The leaf color is green or blue-green, with a slight white powder on the surface, and the leaf edges have sparse flesh teeth with yellow or reddish-brown short spines at the tips. There is a milky white variegation in the center of the leaf, and there is a short spine at the top of the leaf. Under strong light, the leaves of the plant are thick and short, while under weak light, the leaves tend to elongate easily. Although it doesn't easily become leggy, once it does, it is difficult to bring it back to its original state.
