Chinese Name: Marianne, Alias: Latin Name: Adromischus marianae, Family: Crassulaceae, Genus: Kalanchoe, Origin and Distribution: Karoo Plateau, South AfricaMarianne Succulent Plant Introduction
Marianne is a perennial succulent herbaceous plant of the Crassulaceae Kalanchoe genus, a small variety. The leaves of the plant are opposite in arrangement. It is a dwarf succulent shrub with fleshy leaves 2-4 cm long, leafless, but with a narrow base, flat-tipped at the apex, with a concave tip, the leaves are spindle-shaped, the leaf surface has dense, small wart-like protuberances, and the leaves are covered with large purple-red spots. The plant stands upright with a relatively thick stem, not prone to growing tall. Marianne needs sufficient sunlight for the leaf spots to turn purple-red, and the plant form becomes tighter and more beautiful.
