Himebue is a medium to large variety of the Agave genus, with the smaller species known as "Bue." The plant has a diameter of about 20~30 centimeters and has no stems. It is composed of numerous leaves forming a hemispherical leaf rosette. The leaves are slender and rigid, growing in a radial pattern, with straight and slender blades. The surface is smooth, flat on the front, convex on the back, and the leaf tips are brown with spines. The leaf color can range from blue-green to yellow-green. It is classified as a "summer type" among succulents. It prefers a warm, dry, and well-lit environment, dislikes waterlogging and shade, is drought-resistant, can tolerate semi-shade, and has some cold resistance. Due to its small size, it should be planted in a smaller pot, with moderate watering and fertilizing. Although the growth is slower, the plant has an attractive shape.
