Dieffenbachia Picta Plant Introduction

Dieffenbachia Picta is an evergreen shrub-like herb with a thick and fleshy stem, reaching a height of up to 1.5 meters. The leaves are large and glossy, growing on the upper part of the stem, elliptical-ovate or broadly lanceolate, acuminate at the apex, entire, 20-50 cm long and 5-15 cm wide; the broad leaves are deep green on both sides,镶嵌 with dense, irregular white, milky white, light yellow and other differently colored spots, streaks or patches; the leaf sheath has a petiole near the middle. The flower peduncle extends from the leaf tip, shorter than the petiole, the flower is unisexual, a spadix inflorescence, the spathe is elliptical, the lower part is tubular.
