First, soil preparation
Since everyone's soil preparation is different, and the conditions of the care environment vary, watering should not be too rigid. Water according to the condition of your Aloe vera pot. In fact, good soil preparation is particularly important for growing Aloe vera well. We need to prepare a loose and breathable sandy loam soil. You can also mix half of the granular soil, coal cinder, or large-particle river sand, or perlite into the soil. Such soil is very breathable and not easily compacted, allowing the roots to spread and penetrate deeply, and it does not easily accumulate water when watering too much.

When growing Aloe vera indoors, special attention should be paid to watering, as poor ventilation will slow down its evaporation rate. If the soil preparation tends to compact, the potting soil does not dry quickly, and frequent watering will cause the soil to become waterlogged and the roots to rot.
For Aloe vera grown outdoors, you can water more appropriately. Outdoor ventilation conditions are better, and evaporation is faster. If the air humidity is relatively dry, watering once every five or six days is fine. If the air is too humid, reduce the frequency of watering. Placing it in a semi-shaded or well-lit area will make the Aloe vera grow round, compact, and tidy.
Third, temperature conditions
Aloe vera is sensitive to cold. When the temperature is below 15 degrees Celsius in winter, it is necessary to control watering and water once a month.
In the growing period of Aloe vera, with good ventilation, you can appropriately increase the frequency of watering.
