Succulents come in many varieties and shapes, with different leaf shapes and plant forms. Compared to other potted flowers and plants, succulents generally have smaller forms, and can be easily grown in small pots or even on small balconies, without stringent light requirements.
Especially the succulents from the Crassula family are more robust and easy to care for. The color state of succulents also changes with the seasons. In spring and autumn, when it's relatively cool and there's ample sunlight, many succulents' leaf colors will change, with some showing brighter colors on the edges of the leaves or even the entire leaf turning a beautiful red. After coloring, the succulents become more attractive and dazzling, enhancing their visual appeal.

How to plant succulents
1. For succulents, the potting soil is very important.
Although succulents can survive in sand, to make them grow more smoothly, stronger, and more beautiful, the soil is crucial. The potting soil must be loose, not sticky or compact, and must be nutritious, well-draining, not prone to waterlogging and compacting, and well-aerated.
It should also have certain nutritional components, so when preparing the soil, adding peat and decomposed leaf soil is recommended. You can also add sandy soil, or some granular soil like vermiculite, perlite, or lithium ore. The soil should not clump when squeezed and should be rich in humus. Such soil allows succulents to continue growing and become fatter and more beautiful.
2. For succulents, sunlight is very important.
When the temperature is between 15 and 28 degrees Celsius, this is the most suitable temperature for succulents to grow, and it's also when they grow fastest. During this time, you can increase sunlight exposure, partially cultivate them outdoors, and also supplement nutrients, providing some fertilizer, a small amount of organic fertilizer, slow-release fertilizer, or chemical fertilizer. Always apply a small amount of fertilizer at a time, avoiding excessive application and frequent fertilization.
