The Snake Tongue Orchid has a hard texture, cylindrical or slightly flattened cylindrical shape, often drooping; the leaves are papery, sickle-shaped lanceolate or obliquely oblong; the raceme is opposite to the leaves, longer or shorter than the leaves, drooping, the flowers are fragrant, slightly fleshy, spreading, the sepals and petals are light yellow; the petals are smaller than the sepals; the lip is white with a rose color, concave below the middle into a boat shape, without a spur; the capsule is cylindrical; the flowering period is February to August, and the fruiting period is March to September.
