Cudweed, an annual or biennial herb, 10-60 cm tall. The plant has milky sap, with thick and tender fibrous roots that are white. The achenes are red-brown or brown, the pappus is white, nearly as long as the achenes. The flowering and fruiting period is from April to November. It is commonly found in the wild in southern China and is eaten as a wild vegetable. Cudweed is very similar to dandelion, especially the flowers, which are almost indistinguishable. The fruits are covered with a layer of white soft fluff, dancing in the breeze like parachutes, appearing very happy and leisurely. Therefore, its flower language is - Joy.
